Banana Wax Chiles.... What?

Also known as a Hungarian Wax Chile, fairly narrow, long and tapering, this creamy-yellow to yellow-green waxy translucent chile measures about three to six inches long. A warm to hot chile, its flavor is somewhat fruity and sweet.
