‘Pri-vē comes to Orange County

‘Pri-vē is a restaurant by Chef Ryan Carson that has no permanent address. The menu and location will change weekly but the concept remains the same. A ‘touring’ restaurant if you will. ’Pri-vē will drop the wall between the chef and the guests who will be privy to how Chef Ryan Carson uses “inventive comfort food” to wow the palettes of Orange County and Los Angeles diners. He will spark reminiscence that transports guests back to their childhood using playful inspirations paired with classic, sophisticated disciplines. The guests will be comforted by the familiar flavors and scents presented in unfamiliar ways and they will be excited by inventive, astounding flavors and textures presented in very familiar ways.
