Triple Berry Smoothie 
-          1 ½ Cup Ice
-          ½ Banana
-          ½ Cup Raspberries
-          ½ Cup Strawberries
-          ½ Cup Blueberries
-          ½ Cup Spinach

-          1 tsp Melissa’s Agave



Sweet Pomegranate Blend
-          1 Gala Apple, cored and cut into 1” slices
-          1 ½ Cup of Pomegranate Arils
-          ½ Cup water





Papaya Berry Blend 
-          1 ½ cups of fresh Raspberries
-          1/8 papaya, peeled and seeded

-          ½ Grapefruit, peeled seeded, in segments
